Who we are
One family farm, every part of pond management under one roof.
We raise our own fish and manage the whole water, so you're not juggling a hatchery, a survey crew, and a vegetation contractor. Davis Fish Farms handles stocking, electrofishing analysis, aeration, liming, fertilization, vegetation control, water testing, and feeders as one coordinated plan.
An overabundance of one species throws a pond out of balance, with costly effects on the whole fishery. Getting the species mix and predator-to-prey ratio right is where decades of hands-on experience pay off.

Electrofishing Surveys
State-of-the-art electroshock sampling identifies species, size, numbers and growth rates so we can correct the balance. Surveys start at $650.
Aeration
Authorized Kasco Marine dealer. Proper aeration keeps your pond oxygenated year-round and the water clean and balanced.
Vegetation Management
Biological, chemical and cultural control for problem weeds and algae, backed by over 50 years of combined aquatic plant experience.
Liming & Fertilization
Liming neutralizes acidity and brings pH to a healthy range. Our 10-52-4 water-soluble fertilizer grows the natural food chain.
Habitat Enhancement
Cover is everything. We build the underwater structure fish need to hunt, hide, rest and reproduce. We also reshape ponds when needed.
